We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your lash extensions or skin care appointment.  Unless special circumstances arise, rescheduling less than 24 hours will require a new deposit; less than 12 hours requires a $50 rescheduling fee. NO CALL NO SHOW NO FUTURE BOOKINGS! A 10-15 minutes grace period is granted to each client, however, after 15 minutes late a $30 late fee will be added to your service fee.  After 20 minutes; you should reschedule!
