I ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  Unless special circumstances arise, rescheduling less than 24 hours will require a new booking; same day notice will require a $50 rescheduling fee. NO CALL NO SHOW NO FUTURE BOOKINGS! A 15 minutes grace period is granted to each client, however, after 15 minutes late a $25 late fee will be added to your service fee.  After 20 minutes; you should re-book!
